Medzenlink facilitates healthcare provider discovery, search, appointment scheduling, and provider listings. The platform is intended to help users find independent healthcare providers and arrange physical appointments with them.

2. What Medzenlink Does Not Provide

Medzenlink does not provide medical advice and does not operate as a healthcare provider. Medzenlink does not:

• Offer online consultations
• Prescribe medicines
• Perform diagnosis
• Provide treatment
• Operate clinics
• Sell medicines directly
• Collect medical samples

3. Independent Healthcare Providers

All medical and healthcare services listed or booked through Medzenlink are independently provided by registered clinics, doctors, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.

Healthcare providers are solely responsible for:

• Consultation
• Diagnosis
• Treatment
• Clinical decisions
• Medical advice
• Fees charged
• Patient care

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and verify healthcare information directly with the provider before making medical or healthcare decisions. Users are also responsible for reviewing clinic details, fees, timing, and cancellation terms before attending an appointment.

5. Provider Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate listings, up-to-date schedules, lawful operations, compliant patient handling, transparent pricing, and professional communication. Providers must ensure the information shown to users is correct and not misleading.

6. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings made through Medzenlink are appointment requests or scheduled physical visits with independent providers. Availability may change, and providers may confirm, reschedule, or cancel based on operational or clinical needs.

Users are responsible for reviewing any cancellation or rescheduling terms displayed by the provider or communicated in relation to the booking.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use Medzenlink in any manner that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading, harmful, or designed to disrupt the platform. Unauthorized scraping, impersonation, false bookings, abusive conduct, and misuse of account access are prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, design, text, structure, and marketplace content owned by Medzenlink are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users and providers may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit platform materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Medzenlink is a technology platform only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medzenlink is not liable for provider conduct, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, clinical outcomes, patient decisions, provider fees, or any healthcare decision made by an independent provider.

10. Suspension and Termination

Medzenlink may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, creates risk for users or the platform, or engages in misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes relating to use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having authority over Medzenlink’s principal place of business.
